Adam was diagnosed with Bronchiolitis today and sent home with a nebulizer to administer medication by way of vapors to clear it up. So far he’s been pretty tolerant with the plastic piece over his mouth and nose…..

Adam’s First Haircut

Well, it’s been well documented that Adam has always been about “the hair.” He came into this world with a perfect mohawk. As he grew older it got longer and longer until it was too tall to stand and it started to fall over. His hair finally began to look like some sort of blend of Conan O’brien, meets Christopher Walken with a splash of Donald Trump. It was OBVIOUSLY time for a cut! So we recently visited our friend Nasrin to do the honors…

Adam has been doing really well with his physical therapy. Here he’s working on his balance and muscle strength by making slight movements on an excercise ball.

Adam’s private teacher

Once a week Adam gets to work with his own private teacher thanks to Easter Seals Northern California (http://noca.easterseals.com). She comes to the house and does exercises with Adam to help with his development.

Wanted to share a new video called “this is Adam.” It was actually filmed to get his reaction to his crib the first time he was placed in it. He was mesmerized by the flying monkey mobile…..

I decided to use the footage as a sort of “commercial” for the website and project. We are still hoping to someday secure the $$ to make the documentary film “Special Affects,” which will branch out from our story to the lives of others and how the special needs community is doing today…
